Orange Gingerade Mocktail

Introducing my Orange Gingerade Mocktail, a lower sugar drink geared towards a more hydrated, less headache-filled Summer. Whether you’re looking to reduce your alcohol or offer a fun drink to your kiddos, this one’s perfect for warm days or anytime you’re looking for a revitalizing beverage.

This drink is perfectly balanced with ginger kombucha and fresh-squeezed orange & lime juice. With benefits galore (lower sugar, probiotics, & vitamin C), you’ll be reaching for this one to get you through this heat wave, I’m sure of it!

Substitution Ideas:

If you’re not a fan of the ginger taste, feel free to swap out the ginger kombucha for another flavor. For this recipe, I use GTs Synergy kombucha because I’ve found it to be one of the lowest sugar options out there, but you can use whichever you like most!

If you prefer your drinks to be even less sweet, choose a taller glass and top it off with some club soda to tone down the sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz ginger kombucha

  • juice from 1/2 lime, about 0.5 oz

  • juice from 1/2 orange, about 2 oz

  • lots of ice

Instructions

  1. Pour first three ingredients into a cup. together basil, strawberries, lime juice, and simple syrup.

  2. Top with ice.

  3. Garnish, if desired, and enjoy!
