Mint Mojito Mocktail

Refresh your senses with our Mint Mojito Mocktail, a delightful blend of fresh mint, zesty lime, and sparkling soda, perfect for any occasion and entirely alcohol-free. Enjoy a taste of summer with this invigorating and easy-to-make beverage!

Ingredients

Mint Mojito

  • 4-6 mint leaves

  • juice from 1/2 lime

  • 1 tbsp mint simple syrup

  • 4 oz club soda (or more, tastes just as great diluted)

  • Ice

Mint Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • a few sprigs of mint

Instructions

Mojito

Muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime juice together. Mix or shake with ice. Pour into class and top with club soda and extra ice. Enjoy!

Simple Syrup

Warm together the water and sugar in a small pot over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Place in an airtight jar with the mint springs and let cool.
